1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CryptoGammon, including its website, accounts, games, CBG-related functionality and blockchain-connected services.

By accessing or using CryptoGammon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use CryptoGammon.

By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. International Use and Local Laws

CryptoGammon is intended to be accessible internationally, but availability does not mean that the service is lawful in every country, state, province or territory.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of CryptoGammon, including participation in matches involving CBG or use of digital assets, is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

You must not use CryptoGammon where such use is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate information and maintain control of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to CryptoGammon.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

5. CBG and Digital Assets

CryptoGammon uses CBG as part of the platform's game and balance functionality. CBG may interact with blockchain-based systems and may be transferred to supported Solana wallets where the service provides that functionality.

CBG is not presented by CryptoGammon as a bank deposit, savings product, security, investment contract, guaranteed financial product or promise of profit.

CryptoGammon does not guarantee any market price, liquidity, exchange availability, future value or ability to convert CBG into any particular currency or digital asset.

6. Deposits

Where supported, users may obtain CBG through payment or deposit flows involving USDC on Solana.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing wallet addresses, networks and transaction details before approving a transaction.

A blockchain transaction does not necessarily constitute a completed CryptoGammon deposit until it has been detected, verified and credited by the platform.

7. Withdrawals

Where withdrawals are available, you are responsible for providing a compatible Solana wallet address and verifying that the destination is correct.

Blockchain transfers may be irreversible once submitted. CryptoGammon cannot recover assets sent to an incorrect, unsupported or inaccessible wallet address when recovery is technically impossible.

8. Games and Matches

CryptoGammon provides competitive backgammon functionality. Match conditions, CBG amounts and game results may affect platform balances as described within the service.

Users must not manipulate games, collude with other users, exploit software errors, automate gameplay without permission, interfere with fair play, or attempt to obtain an unfair advantage.

CryptoGammon may review suspicious activity and may delay, cancel or correct affected transactions or match outcomes where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, technical errors or manipulation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use CryptoGammon for unlawful activity;
• use another person's account without permission;
• attempt to bypass security or access controls;
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for financial or competitive advantage;
• use bots, cheats or unauthorised automation;
• launder, conceal or disguise the origin of funds or digital assets;
• interfere with the operation of the platform;
• submit false or misleading account information;
• use the service in violation of sanctions or other applicable restrictions.

10. Suspension and Termination

CryptoGammon may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, investigation of prohibited conduct or protection of the platform and its users.

Where reasonably possible, legitimate balances and unresolved transactions will be handled according to the circumstances, applicable law and technical feasibility.

11. Early Access

CryptoGammon is currently in early access. Features, interfaces, rules, technical systems and supported functionality may change as the service develops.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, defects or changes may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. Blockchain and Third-Party Risks

CryptoGammon relies in part on third-party and decentralised infrastructure, including the Solana network and compatible wallet software.

Network congestion, outages, protocol changes, wallet errors, transaction fees or other external events may affect service functionality and may be outside CryptoGammon's control.

13. No Financial Advice

Information provided through CryptoGammon is for operation and use of the service and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

You are responsible for evaluating the financial, legal and tax consequences of your own actions.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoGammon is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including blockchain failures, unsupported wallets, user errors, compromised user credentials or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

CryptoGammon may update these Terms as the platform, technology, regulatory environment or business structure evolves.

The current version will be published on this page with its last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate.

16. Applicable Rules

CryptoGammon currently operates internationally without a single jurisdiction stated in these Terms as the exclusive governing law.

Mandatory laws applicable to CryptoGammon or to an individual user may apply regardless of these Terms. This section may be updated if CryptoGammon later establishes a formal business entity or operating jurisdiction.
